Access to the profession requires a set of requirements for academic qualifications, examinations and professional internships, in accordance with the Auditing Directive, in order to demonstrate technical skills and suitability. Official Auditors may only perform their respective functions after being registered on the list, called “List of Official Auditors”. Registration with the Council is intended to ensure prior control of the requirements for access to the profession.
